1
Metabolic Test
Our Metabolic scans provide us with information about an athlete's metabolism, including how efficiently their body is able to use fuel and produce energy.
This allows us to develop nutrition plans that are specifically tailored to their body, ensuring they have the energy and nutrients they need to perform at their best.

2
VO2 Test
Our Vo2max scans measure an athlete's maximum oxygen consumption and lactate threshold, which is a key indicator of their cardiovascular fitness and endurance.
By understanding an athlete's Vo2max indicators, we can develop a personalized training programs that focus on improving their cardiovascular capacity and endurance.

Hormonal Test
Hormonal make-ups help us understand an athlete's hormonal balance, which plays a crucial role in their overall performance.
By identifying any imbalances or deficiencies, we can create a intervention plan that addresses these issues and helps the athlete achieve optimal hormone levels.

4
Prehab/Rehab
With a primary focus on the musculoskeletal system, both our prehab and rehab programs aim to improve strength, mobility, and stability based on each individual's measured muscle quality.
The team of specialists includes doctors and therapists who work together to assess, intervene, and aid in the process.
