Prehab/Rehab Therapy

Service Description

In this session, our certified coach evaluates your movement and muscle condition, then works directly on releasing tightness and treating problem areas using targeted therapy techniques. You'll experience firsthand how we assess restrictions, address muscle tightness, and support your body's recovery and resilience. It's a hands-on session designed to relieve tension, improve mobility, and set the foundation for injury prevention and better performance.
