Plaque Slam

Arterial health, reimagined through the lens of clinical evidence — not assumption.

PlaqueSlam is a precision-compounded, nine-ingredient capsule formula built around the highest clinically validated dose of nattokinase ever studied in humans: 10,800 FU per day. Developed for patients seeking a natural, aspirin-free approach to managing arterial plaque, cholesterol, and cardiovascular inflammation, PlaqueSlam combines three complementary fibrinolytic enzymes with evidence-based lipid, anti-inflammatory, and anti-calcification compounds — each selected because it has published human clinical trial data behind it, not because it sounded good on a label.
This isn't a single-ingredient supplement scaled up. It's a six-mechanism cardiovascular protocol, compounded under physician supervision, with a defined testing schedule and a documented pathway for patients looking to reduce or transition off statin therapy.

Why Plaque Slam Exists

Most cardiovascular supplements on the market are dosed for the label, not for the evidence. PlaqueSlam was built in the opposite direction: we started with the clinical trial data, identified the doses that actually produced measurable results in human studies, and built a formula around those numbers — even when that meant using doses 3–5 times higher than what's typically sold at retail.

The Core Fibrinolytic Engine

The centerpiece of PlaqueSlam is nattokinase, an enzyme derived from fermented soybean (natto), studied extensively for its ability to support healthy blood flow and arterial function. The largest human clinical trial on nattokinase to date — a 1,062-participant study published in Frontiers in Cardiovascular Medicine — found that 3,600 FU per day was not effective, while 10,800 FU per day produced significant, measurable improvements in arterial plaque and cholesterol markers over 12 months. PlaqueSlam is formulated at exactly that validated dose.

The Triple-Enzyme Cascade

We then layered in two additional enzymes — lumbrokinase and serrapeptase — to build what we call the triple-enzyme cascade, because arterial plaque isn't made of one substance. It's a structure: fibrin protein, oxidized cholesterol, inflammatory debris, and calcium deposits all bound together. A single enzyme can only address one part of that structure. Three complementary enzymes, each targeting a different component, is a fundamentally different — and more complete — approach.

Rounding Out the Cardiovascular Picture

Finally, we added evidence-backed support for the rest of the cardiovascular picture: red yeast rice and berberine for cholesterol, vitamin K2 to help direct calcium away from artery walls, magnesium for vascular relaxation, and resveratrol and aged garlic extract for inflammation and oxidative protection. Every one of these inclusions is backed by a specific citation — listed in full below.

Heart Gesture Moment

STEP 1 — ENZYME CASCADE

Nattokinase, lumbrokinase, and serrapeptase break down fibrin and inflammatory debris in the existing plaque matrix.

STEP 2 — REDUCE SUPPLY

Red yeast rice and berberine work upstream, reducing the cholesterol available to form new plaque through two independent pathways.

STEP 3 — PROTECT STRUCTURE

Vitamin K2 directs calcium to bone, magnesium supports vascular relaxation, and resveratrol with aged garlic extract guard against oxidative damage.
